Free Training on the delivery of the materials is available through online and face to face workshops.

Debiasing checklist

A bespoke debiasing platform has been created to allow primary schools to review their existing practices around key processes such as discipline and reward, resources in school, activity clubs, festivals, etc.

It asks a series of simple YES/NO questions and uses these to develop a prioritised list of actions.

The checklist can be carried out by the senior leadership team or by individuals, however, the biggest school-wide impact will be achieved with a team approach.  We recommend reviewing this every six months to review progress and set new actions.
